Overdenture OT Cap

In overdenture, the use of the flat-head sphere and the elastic cap with spherical interior, in the extended plaque prostheses, allows a vertical failure during mastication which in some cases combines with gingival yielding, thanks also to the sensitivity of the nylon of the caps which act in a humid environment at a constant temperature. The experience of some dentists leads to the belief that in many cases a stability with minimal trauma is achieved.
